We provide person-centered support to children, teens, young adults, adults, and families, with services tailored to each individual's unique goals, preferences, and needs. Our mission is to empower individuals to build independence, develop life skills, and lead meaningful lives—all within a respectful, supportive, and inclusive environment. We are currently seeking Per Diem Direct Support Staff to join our team! Key Responsibilities Team up with awesome individuals to help them achieve their goals Lend a hand with daily life stuff—like meal prep, tidying up, transportation to appointments or just being a friendly presence Get out and about! Join community activities, events, and social outings Be a transportation buddy—drive and accompany clients to appointments or events Be a positive role model to help individuals grow Why This Role Matters This isn't just a job—it's an opportunity to make a real impact. The support you provide helps individuals live more independently, connect with their communities, and build fulfilling lives. Qualifications 18 years old or older A valid driver's license + a reliable car with current insurance and registration (you'll be driving individuals) CPR/First Aid certified—or willing to get certified (we've got you!)
