Summary 'We are seeking experienced Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) to join our compassionate team in . As a PCA caregiver, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients' daily activities and well-being, ensuring they receive the respectful and attentive care they deserve. This position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in people's lives while working in a supportive environment.' Responsibilities '• Provide personal care and assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming. Assist clients with mobility and transfers using equipment like Hoyer lifts. Support medication management and monitor vital signs. Offer companionship and emotional support to clients. Help with light housekeeping and meal preparation. Follow care plans tailored to each client's needs. Document care provided accurately using electronic medical records systems.
