Per Diem / Part-Time Caregiver

Always Best Care of Greater Bristol is looking to hire for mutliple opening in Simsbury and other surrounding towns. We are looking for Caregivers with 3 plus years experience working as a Caregiver, have reliable transportation and are looking for their next Client. Our Hiring Team meets with every single candidate in person to ensure they are someone we would want in our own homes, caring for our own loved ones. We are currently hiring for cases Monday-Friday, Monday / Wednesday / Friday and cases on the weekend. Caregivers have the ability to make their own schedule and will report directly to the Director of Care. Why Always Best Care? Primary Responsibilities:

Provides daily routine care such as bathing, dressing, and feeding Responsible for house maintenance when applicable Answer phone calls for clients when necessary Converses with patients to provide assurance Observes Universal Precautions Provides patient transportation to doctor appointments, outside activities and shopping Provides patient laundry and linen changes Light housekeeping Provides medication reminders Meal preparation and clean up

Knowledge and Skill Requirements:

Previous experience working as a Non-Medical Caregiver required Must be authorized to work in the United States High school diploma or GED Valid driver's license, proof of insurance and reliable transportation Exceptional interpersonal skills Must have Cell Phone / Tablet
