This vital role involves assisting with daily living activities, ensuring safety, and promoting independence with diverse needs. The ideal candidate will bring energy, empathy, and a proactive approach to enhancing the quality of life for those they serve. This paid position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference while working in a rewarding environment. This is a part time position, hours are Monday - Friday 9am-1:30pm, (4.5hrs) per day Duties Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support when necessary Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs and preferences, ensuring proper food safety standards are maintained Monitor patient health by observing changes in condition, and reporting findings accurately to

Maintain a clean and safe environment through regular cleaning, laundry, and organization of living spaces Provide companionship and emotional support to reduce feelings of loneliness or isolation Assist with light housekeeping tasks, errands, and transportation to appointments or community activities accompany to medical appointments Requirements Proven experience in home & community care, assisted living, nursing home settings, or group homes is highly preferred Knowledge of HIPAA regulations to ensure client confidentiality and privacy Ability to work independently while following detailed care plans and protocols Strong observational skills for patient monitoring and recognizing signs of health deterioration or emergencies Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare teams Valid driver's license and/or reliable transportation Ability to push/pull/lift over 100lbs.
