• IN Care Assistants As a Personal Care Assistant, you will provide essential support and assistance to individuals who require help with daily activities.

Duties:

• Assist clients with personal hygiene tasks, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
• Help with meal preparation and feeding
• Provide medication reminders and assist with medication administration
• Assist with light housekeeping tasks, including laundry and tidying up
• Accompany clients to appointments or social outings
• Engage in meaningful conversation and provide emotional support
• Monitor and report any changes in client's condition or behavior

Experience:

• Previous experience as a Personal Care Assistant or similar role is preferred but not required
• Knowledge of basic caregiving techniques and principles
• Ability to communicate effectively and compassionately with clients
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to help others
