Role:
Join Positive Outlooks as an ABI Recovery Support Staff where your contributions will help create a positive environment for our clients. This role is perfect for individuals who thrive in a supportive setting and are passionate about making a difference in people's lives.
Responsibilities:
Assist clients with daily activities and support their overall well-being. Maintain a clean and organized environment to promote a positive atmosphere. Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members. Document client progress and report any concerns to the management team. Participate in team meetings and contribute to care planning. Provide compassionate support and encouragement to clients. Adhere to safety and compliance regulations at all times. Engage clients in activities that promote social interaction and personal growth.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications are a plus. Experience in a support role or caregiving preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Compassionate demeanor and a genuine desire to help others. Basic computer skills for documentation and communication. Flexibility to work various shifts as needed. Background check clearance required prior to employment.
