Full-Time 40 hours 7:00am-3:00pm including every other weekend. Wilton Meadows Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center, located in Wilton, CT, conveniently located off the Merritt Parkway, our 148-bed nursing facility, is a leading provider of healthcare services from short-term rehab in the post-acute care realm to long term care. We are currently looking for "Helping Hands" to assist the Nursing Department Duties will include: Be respectful and courteous to residents at all times. Make or change beds properly and facilitate a clean, uncluttered safe environment within each resident's room on a daily basis. Facilitate a clean, uncluttered, safe environment on the unit. Answer call bells and relay resident request to CNA/Charge Nurse as appropriate. Deliver resident meals. Cleanse resident's hands. Other tasks as assigned by the charge nurse. Completion of work assigned in a timely manner. Adhere to the time and attendance policy. And any other duties assigned by nursing staff Accompany to Doctor's appointments Comply with all facility HIPAA and Corporate Compliance policies and procedures.
