Home Care Account Rep Wilmington, DE 19809 Full-time Full-time Helping Hands Warming Hearts LLC is seeking an experienced Home care Account rep & Sales Representative. This opportunity provides significant potential for career growth and advancement. The ideal candidate is goal-driven and professional, has outstanding interpersonal skills, both in person and over the telephone, and is able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Your primary goal will be to bring in new clients to increase our home care business, representing
HHWH LLC
in the healthcare industry. Target prospects would include doctors, hospitals, nursing homes, assisted living facilities, senior centers, hospice, rehabilitation centers, dialysis facilities, elder lawyers, etc. You will develop new sources for referrals as well as strengthening existing relationships. This position will provide a challenging opportunity for strong professional and personal growth.
The following requirements are must-haves:
Associate or Bachelor's degree. Minimum of 5 years' experience in sales, to generate new business, preferably in the health care industry (a successful sales background). 2 years of experience in customer service (Preferred) Experience in working with assisted living facilities, hospitals, etc. Experience and expertise in working with social workers, nurses, and discharge planners. Ability to build strong relationships with social workers, community liaisons, healthcare system leadership and more. Must be dynamic, self-motivated, and have a pleasant, compassionate, and helpful disposition. Must have a valid driver's license. Responsibilities and Duties Develop new referral sources in the community Sell and promote the agency services in the community. Strong prospecting skills; comfortable in cold-calling and handles rejection well. Create new business within the assigned area according to the goals set by management Pre-plan weekly marketing activities Maintain written documentation relating to all sales activity Coordinate sales activity with all office staff to ensure appropriate follow-up Maximize efficiency and cost-effectiveness in daily activities Public speaking; event coordination Create and develop promotional material as needed Represent the agency at community functions and professional organizations Works remote and in the field (Some weekend work is required for events)
