We are seeking reliable, compassionate HHAs or CNAs to join our team at Care Connect at Home, a family-owned home care agency serving seniors and adults who need extra support to remain safe and comfortable at home. If you enjoy helping others and want a schedule that works for you , we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Be Doing:

Assisting clients with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting) Helping with mobility, transfers, and safe ambulation Providing companionship and emotional support Meal prep and feeding assistance Light housekeeping (laundry, tidying, dishes) Following personalized care plans Reporting any changes in condition to our team

What We're Looking For:
