Duties Engage clients in meaningful conversations, activities, and outings to promote social interaction and mental stimulation Assist with daily routines such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, and medication reminders when necessary Accompany clients to appointments, errands, or recreational activities to ensure safety and support Observe and report any changes in clients' physical or emotional health to appropriate healthcare professionals or family members Foster a warm, respectful environment that encourages independence and dignity for each individual Maintain accurate records of visits, activities conducted, and any notable observations or concerns Provide emotional comfort and companionship during times of loneliness or transition Skills Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a compassionate approach Ability to build trusting relationships quickly and maintain confidentiality Strong organizational skills to manage schedules and document interactions effectively Patience, empathy, and active listening abilities to support individuals with diverse needs Flexibility to adapt to changing situations and client preferences Prior experience in caregiving, social work, or related fields is preferred but not required Basic knowledge of health and safety protocols relevant to personal care settings Join us in creating a positive impact through genuine connection!
