Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual for the position of Personal Support/ Flexible Schedule Live In, in Brandon, FL. Responsibilities Provide verbal prompt with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support. Prompt medications accurately following care plans and HIPAA regulations to maintain confidentiality and safety. Assist with meal preparation, feeding, and nutritional needs tailored to individual dietary restrictions or preferences. Maintain cleanliness of living spaces through regular cleaning duties while adhering to health standards. Collaborate with healthcare professionals and social workers to develop and update personalized care plans. Engage residents in social activities and provide companionship to foster emotional well-being. Ensure compliance with all safety protocols including CPR, first aid, and procedures as required. Qualifications Ability to work independently within a flexible schedule that includes live-in hours across various shifts.
