(Caregiver Pool - Future Client Assignments) Our team is currently building a caregiver roster for upcoming client assignments. Qualified candidates who successfully complete the interview, reference verification, background screening, and onboarding process may be added to our caregiver pool and contacted as client opportunities become available. Assignment opportunities are based on client needs, caregiver qualifications, availability, service area, and successful completion of all hiring requirements. Position Summary We are seeking compassionate, dependable, and community-focused caregivers to provide support services to adult clients in the Cape Coral area. This role focuses on companionship, community engagement, supervision, and promoting independence through meaningful activities and experiences. Responsibilities Accompany clients on community outings and activities Encourage socialization and participation in community involvement Support recreational and leisure activities, including: Park visits Swimming Dining outings Shopping trips Community events and activities of interest Provide supervision, companionship, and encouragement while promoting independence Document services provided in accordance with company policies and procedures Maintain professionalism and follow agency guidelines at all times Qualifications Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required Compassionate, patient, dependable, and professional Comfortable engaging clients in community-based activities Experience working with individuals with disabilities preferred but not required Must successfully complete interview and onboarding requirements Must pass AHCA Level 2 Background Screening and meet all applicable agency requirements Ability to complete required training and maintain compliance with agency policies
Pay:
$17.50 - $19.25 per hour
