Personal Support (Caretaker) Cape Coral Ascend Transition Services Cape Coral, FL Job Details Part-time | Full-time $16 an hour 1 day ago Qualifications Caregiving High school diploma or GED Driver's License Driving Meal assistance Full Job Description Individuals with medically CP in need of caregiver to support client with personal care, meal preparation, and maintaining safety in the home. Client has 57 hours of care. This is an independent contract position and pays $16.50 per hour
Schedule:
Various weekdays and weekends
Responsibilities and Duties:
Requires Lifting daily transitions Supporting the individual during home activities Supporting with personal care, hygenie, home leasiuse activities and chores Meal/snack preparation and feeding assistance Ensuring individual's safety and maintaining a safe living environment Performing light housekeeping tasks (as requested by guardian) Facilitate community involvement by accompanying individuals to social events, and community outings, such as grocery shopping and appointments Promote communication, choice, independence, and socialization Complete daily progress notes Qualifications and Skills Valid driver's license Must be able to pass Local and Level 2 Background Screening Provide proven 1 year of caregiving experience or technical training. Have a High School diploma or equivalent 18 years of age or older
