He has a traumatic brain injury.

Responsibilities:

• Provide companionship and emotional support to individuals in need
• Assist with daily activities such as meal preparation, medication reminders, and personal hygiene
• Help clients with behavior management and provide a safe and nurturing environment
• Accompany clients to appointments and outings as needed
• Assist with light housekeeping tasks and maintain a clean and organized living space
• Monitor and report any changes in client's condition to the appropriate healthcare professionals

Skills:

• Experience in home care or caregiving is preferred
• Knowledge of behavior management techniques for working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities
• Physical ability to lift and assist clients with mobility challenges
