Beautiful home in Clearwater near Belcher and Eastbay. Pinellas Care Systems pays your rent and you get paid $111/ day. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in caregiving, with experience working in group homes, assisted living facilities, or home health environments. This role offers an enriching opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the life of one female client by delivering attentive, respectful, and personalized care. The Live-In Caregiver will be responsible for ensuring the safety, comfort, and well-being of residents while fostering a warm and supportive environment. Additional hours available through Companion Services. Duties Provide verbal prompts with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming Observe changes in health status to promptly report any concerns to healthcare professionals. Assist and Monitor nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs and preferences, ensuring adherence to care plans and nutritional guidelines. Administer medications accurately following prescribed schedules and document medication administration in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Assist with light housekeeping tasks including cleaning, laundry, and maintaining a safe living environment for residents. Collaborate with Circle of Support to develop and implement personalized care plans that address each resident's unique needs. Engage residents in social activities and provide companionship to promote mental stimulation and emotional well-being. Skills Proven experience working in group homes, assisted living facilities, nursing homes, or home health settings. Strong observation skills to identify changes in health or behavior promptly. Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with residents, families, and healthcare professionals. Experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities, autism spectrum disorders, or intellectual disabilities. Knowledge of HIPAA regulations to ensure confidentiality and privacy of patient information.
