Responsibilities Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support using equipment like Hoyer lifts when necessary Monitor vital signs such as blood pressure, pulse, and temperature to track health status Administer medications accurately following prescribed schedules and protocols Support residents with dementia or Alzheimer's by implementing memory care strategies and behavior management techniques Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs and assist with feeding when required Maintain a clean and safe environment by performing light cleaning duties in resident rooms and common areas Document care activities using Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems and communicate updates to healthcare teams effectively Skills Proven experience in senior care, assisted living, or nursing home environments Knowledge of Alzheimer's care, dementia care, and memory support techniques Ability to perform first aid and respond calmly during emergencies Skilled in assisting with ADLs, personal care, and mobility assistance Familiarity with medication administration procedures and vital signs monitoring Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or disabilities in group home settings Strong communication skills to collaborate with residents, families, and healthcare professionals effectively Join us in providing compassionate, high-quality care that enhances lives every day.
