Duties Assist residents or clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support only if needed. medication reminder Support patients with learning disabilities, dementia, or Alzheimer's Operate assistive devices such as Hoyer lifts or resident's to facilitate safe transfers and mobility if needed. Maintain cleanliness of living spaces through regular cleaning duties to promote hygiene and comfort Collaborate with families to develop and follow personalized care plans that meet each resident's unique needs Provide emotional support and companionship, fostering a positive environment that encourages social interaction and engagement Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times, including emergency response procedures like CPR or first aid when needed Requirements Certification in CPR and First Aid is required; additional certifications such as HIPAA training are a plus Ability to work independently Strong communication skills to effectively coordinate with team members and healthcare providers Compassionate attitude with a genuine desire to improve the quality of life for others Flexibility to work shifts including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed Join us in providing exceptional care that truly makes a difference!
