Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. $16 an hour. If interested text Ramon to 9543268551 Duties Provide assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting to support residents' comfort and dignity Monitor vital signs such as blood pressure, pulse, and temperature to ensure health stability Administer medications accurately following prescribed schedules and protocols under supervision or as trained Assist with mobility using equipment like Hoyer lifts or transfer belts to promote safety during transfers and repositioning Support residents with dementia or memory care needs through personalized engagement and behavior management strategies Prepare nutritious meals aligned with dietary guidelines and assist residents during mealtimes to encourage proper nutrition Maintain a clean and safe environment by performing light housekeeping duties such as cleaning resident areas and shared spaces Document care activities using Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems accurately and timely to ensure seamless communication among care teams Drive residents when necessary for appointments or community outings, ensuring safe transportation practices Respond promptly to emergencies or resident needs, utilizing first aid skills when required Qualifications Previous experience in assisted living, nursing home, or home & community care settings is highly desirable Knowledge of Alzheimer's care, dementia management, and memory care techniques Ability to assist with ADLs and provide personal care with compassion and professionalism Certification in First Aid and CPR is preferred; ongoing training opportunities are available for skill enhancement Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or disabilities in general is advantageous Familiarity with EMR systems for documentation purposes Valid driver's license for transportation duties is a plus but not mandatory Strong communication skills paired with patience, empathy, and a positive attitude toward caregiving Join us in creating a supportive environment where residents feel valued, respected, and cared for.
