Live-in for 5 elderly residents

Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated In Home Caregiver to provide personalized care and support to clients in their homes. The ideal candidate will have experience in caregiving, particularly in group home settings, and possess the ability to assist with daily living activities while ensuring the comfort and safety of our clients. This role is essential in promoting independence and enhancing the quality of life for individuals requiring assistance. Maximum 5 residents. This is a 24 hour live in position With pay, in exchange for rent and utilities. The live in will have their own private room with private bathroom. Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• Prepare nutritious meals according to dietary needs and preferences.
• Perform patient observation to monitor health status and report any changes to healthcare professionals.
• Implement care plans developed by healthcare providers to meet the specific needs of clients.
• Provide direct support with mobility, including heavy lifting when necessary.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients by performing light housekeeping duties.
• Foster positive relationships with clients through companionship and emotional support.
• Document care provided and any changes in client condition accurately. Skills
• Proven experience in caregiving or related fields, such as long term care or group home settings.
• Strong ability to follow care plans and adapt to individual client needs.
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
