This role is essential for maintaining the beauty and health of our clients' lawns and gardens. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work, a strong understanding of lawn care practices, and the ability to operate various tools and equipment effectively. If you enjoy working outdoors and have a knack for landscaping, we encourage you to apply. Duties Perform lawn care tasks including mowing, edging, and trimming to maintain a neat appearance. Operate hand tools and machinery for garden maintenance such as blowers, trimmers, and mowers. Assist in building and maintaining hardscape features like patios, walkways, and retaining walls. Dig and prepare soil for planting flowers, shrubs, or trees as needed. Implement irrigation systems to ensure proper watering of lawns and gardens. Provide snow plowing services during winter months to keep driveways and walkways clear. Conduct regular inspections of lawns to identify issues such as pests or diseases. Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently while ensuring high-quality results. Requirements Previous experience in lawn care or landscaping is preferred but not mandatory. Strong mechanical knowledge for operating various lawn care equipment. Ability to use hand tools effectively for gardening tasks. Physical stamina to perform manual labor outdoors in varying weather conditions. Knowledge of basic horticultural practices including plant care and maintenance. Willingness to learn new techniques related to lawn care and landscaping. A valid driver's license may be required for transportation to job sites.
