Days:
Monday-Thursday, 11-4 or 12-5. Could be flexible for the right person. Potential for more hours in the future. Guarantee of 20 hours per weekPay:

Three Flamingos Agency is assisting a loving family in finding an experienced Nanny to join their household as they prepare to welcome baby #3 this fall! This warm and active family is seeking a nurturing, dependable, and proactive caregiver who genuinely enjoys working with young children and thrives in a team-oriented environment. Mom is home and actively involved in caring for the children and managing the household, so the ideal candidate will be comfortable working alongside parents and becoming a trusted extension of the family. The family currently has two children, with a third baby due in September. Their son is a fun-loving, energetic three-year-old who enjoys sports, outdoor play, building, painting, crafts, and anything that keeps him engaged and active. Their daughter is a happy and easygoing baby who enjoys interactive play and being included in the family's daily routines. The ideal candidate is kind, patient, and confident caring for multiple young children. They should be naturally proactive, able to take initiative in planning activities and structuring the day, and genuinely enjoy creating engaging opportunities for children to learn and grow. The family is looking for someone who can keep up with an active toddler while also providing attentive and loving care to two babies. Responsibilities will primarily focus on childcare, including planning age-appropriate activities, crafts, and developmental play, encouraging outdoor time, supporting naps and daily routines, preparing meals and snacks for the children, and maintaining a safe, nurturing environment. During downtime, the family would appreciate assistance with light child-related household tasks such as children's laundry, dishes, tidying play areas, and basic meal preparation. The family's parenting style is relaxed but consistent, with a focus on gentle guidance, redirection, and clear communication. They value family time, kindness, respect, and creating meaningful experiences together. They are looking for a nanny who can help reinforce these values while contributing to a positive and well-balanced home environment. Most importantly, this family hopes to find someone who feels like part of the team. Someone who is invested in the children's development, communicates openly, and enjoys becoming an integral part of a busy, loving household. Candidate will be given PTO, reimbursement for gas, as well as guaranteed hours. Candidates must have a clean driving record and be able to provide their own transportation.All candidates must:
- be able to provide at least 3 references related to this role
- have a valid and clean drivers license
- be able to pass a comprehensive background check
- be willing to grow with a family and value longevity
- have at least 5 years of childcare experience
