• Make a difference every day Responsibilities Conduct assessments (BCBA) and implement treatment plans (BCaBA) Supervise and train RBTs and team members Collect and analyze behavior data Provide parent and caregiver training Collaborate with schools, families, and professionals Maintain documentation and meet insurance and HIPAA standards Qualifications Active BCBA or BCaBA certification (BACB) Experience with private insurance & telehealth (preferred) Strong communication and organizational skills Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
