The ideal candidate will have a passion for landscaping and groundskeeping, with a strong focus on maintaining the beauty and health of outdoor spaces. This role involves various tasks related to lawn care, tree care, and landscape maintenance, ensuring that properties are aesthetically pleasing and well-kept. Responsibilities Perform regular lawn care tasks including mowing, fertilizing, and aerating to promote healthy growth. Execute landscape maintenance duties such as planting flowers, shrubs, and trees. Irrigate lawns and gardens effectively to ensure optimal moisture levels. Conduct tree trimming and care to maintain the health and appearance of trees. Build and maintain garden beds, ensuring they are free of weeds and pests. Provide general groundskeeping services to keep outdoor areas clean and presentable. Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively. Maintain equipment used for lawn care and landscaping, ensuring it is in good working condition. Experience Previous experience in lawn care or landscaping is preferred but not required. Familiarity with tree trimming, irrigation systems, and landscape maintenance techniques is a plus. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while performing physical labor. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results. Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients.
