IT'S A LIVING POSITION SATURDAY MORNING TO MONDAY MORNING.

Duties Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support using tools like Hoyer lifts when necessary Monitor and record vital signs such as blood pressure, pulse, and respiration to ensure residents' health status is maintained Administer medications accurately following prescribed protocols and document all medication activities using Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems Provide specialized care for residents with dementia or Alzheimer's disease, implementing memory care strategies and behavior management techniques Support residents with assisted living needs by preparing nutritious meals, assisting with feeding, and maintaining cleanliness in personal and communal spaces Engage residents in social activities and recreational programs to promote mental stimulation and emotional well-being Maintain a safe environment through cleaning routines, infection control practices, and proper use of safety equipment like Hoyer lifts Qualifications Prior experience in nursing homes, assisted living facilities, or home & community care environments is highly preferred Knowledge of dementia care, Alzheimer's care, and memory care best practices Certified in First Aid and CPR; additional certifications such as medication administration or behavior management are advantageous Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or disabilities requiring personalized support Ability to operate EMR systems accurately and efficiently for documentation purposes Valid driver's license for driving responsibilities related to community outings or resident transport Strong interpersonal skills to provide compassionate support while respecting residents' dignity and independence Join us in creating a caring community where every resident feels valued and supported.
