Job Description
This position is available at both our Windsor Lane Group Home and our Von Phister Group Home - on-call hours vary per week. This position provides direct care services and support to our clients in their home. This position requires work on holidays. This position requires the minimum of high school completion or GED and 1 year of experience with care giving or 30 hours or college coursework. English language, speaking and writing, proficiency is a must. Must have a valid FL driver's license with a clean driving record. Pre-hire coursework is required and ability to pass a Level II background check. EOE Summary As a Group Home Staff/Caregiver, you will be essential in providing compassionate care and support to individuals in a residential setting. Your core skills in personal care for adults with developmental disabilities, will enable you to assist residents with daily living activities, ensuring their comfort and well-being. With experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, you will promote a safe and nurturing environment. Your relevant skills in meal preparation and behavior management will further enhance the quality of life for our residents.
