• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Provide meal preparation and assistance with feeding as needed
• Administer medications and document resident's vital signs
• Assist with mobility and transfers using proper body mechanics
• Monitor and report any changes in resident's condition to the nursing staff
• Engage residents in social activities and provide companionship
• Implement behavior management techniques for residents with dementia or behavioral challenges
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents ```Requirements```
• Previous experience in caregiving or working with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred
• Knowledge of dementia care and behavior management techniques is a plus
• Ability to drive and transport residents to appointments or outings
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Compassionate and patient demeanor
