Job Description
Job Summary Services provided may include assistance with daily living activities such as light housekeeping, light meal preparation, personal hygiene and grooming, laundry assistance, medication reminders, and support with established daily routines. Assistance may also include dressing, bathing/showering, toileting, oral care, mobility support, and safety supervision to help promote comfort and independence. Some shopping assistance and errand assistance may be provided as needed , along with transportation coordination, organization and decluttering support, meal planning and grocery support, and encouragement with daily living activities to enhance overall well-being and quality of life. Qualifications Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities(Austism) Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients, families, and team members Ability to assist with ADLs and provide compassionate caregiving in home or community settings Valid driver's license and safe driving record for transportation responsibilities Join us in making a positive impact by supporting individuals in achieving greater independence and quality of life.
