Full Job Description Position Overview:

We are seeking a compassionate, reliable, and experienced in-home caregiver to assist an elderly client with daily living activities. The ideal candidate will have experience working with seniors, particularly those who are fall risks and require hands-on-assistance with mobility and personal care.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with all Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including: Bathing and personal hygiene Dressing and grooming Toileting assistance Provide constant supervision and fall prevention support; client must be accompanied at all times (e.g. bathroom, kitchen and around the home) Assist with safe transfers and ambulation (bed, chair, bathroom, shower etc.) Support the client with showering and post-bathing care Prepare meals Perform light housekeeping (laundry, tidying, dishes, etc. ) Monitor and report any clinical or behavioral changes to the agency Provide transportation to appointments and errands using the caregiver's own vehicle

Requirements:

Prior experience as a caregiver Experience with fall-risk patients and mobility assistance is required. Ability to safely assist with transfers and walking support Compassionate, patient and attentive demeanor Strong communication skills Must have a valid driver's license, a reliable vehicle, and a clean driving record Ability to follow the care plan and report concerns accurately. CNA or HHA certification CPR certification

Schedule:

Daily 8am-4pm and Nightly 8pm-8am
