Front Office- Caregiver Recruiter

Job Overview Visiting Angels North Miami, FL is a licensed Florida Nurse Registry dedicated to providing quality, compassionate care to patients in their homes and facilities. We match caregivers with clients in need of care. We are looking for a motivated and driven Bilingual Healthcare Recruiter to join our team, focusing on growing our network of qualified independent contractors.

Job Summary:

As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for the full cycle recruitment of caregivers (CNAs, HHAs, LPNs). Your goal is to increase our active registry by sourcing, interviewing, and ensuring all regulatory compliance for caregivers to start working.

Key Responsibilities:

Bilingual Communication:

Conduct interviews and maintain consistent communication with Spanish/English-speaking candidates.

Recruitment & Sourcing:

Actively source, screen and register qualified CNAs/HHAs/LPNs. Utilize job boards, social media platforms to attract talent.

Compliance & Credentialing:

Ensure all caregiver files are compliant with Florida regulations, including Level II background checks, CPR, TB screening, CEUs, and license verification.

Interviewing & Registration:

Conduct phone calls and in-person registration for patient compatibility. Register new caregivers to the registry.

Qualifications:

Experience:

1+ years of experience in healthcare staffing, caregiver recruitment, or human resources. (Will Train.)

Skills:

Good communication and interpersonal skills. Strong sales-oriented mindset with the ability to "sell" our registry to top talent.

Knowledge:

Familiarity with credentialing and background checks.

Tech Savvy:

Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.

Education:

Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent work experience.

Language:

Bilingual English/Spanish (Written and spoken fluency)
