Job Overview We are seeking a compassionate and energetic Caregiver to provide attentive, personalized care to individuals across various age groups and needs. In this vital role, you will support clients by assisting with daily activities, promoting independence, and ensuring a safe and nurturing environment. Duties Assist individuals with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support Provide attentive care for infants, toddlers, and children, including feeding, diapering, playtime, and educational activities Support children's development through engaging teaching methods and behavior management strategies Ensure safety by implementing first aid procedures when necessary and maintaining a secure environment Plan and facilitate age-appropriate activities that promote childhood development and early education Collaborate with families or guardians to understand specific needs and preferences Maintain detailed records of care provided, progress notes, and incident reports as needed Skills Strong knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education practices Experience working with children in daycare, preschool, babysitting, or nannying roles Proficiency in behavior management techniques to foster positive behavior in children Ability to perform first aid confidently and respond effectively to emergencies Compassionate caregiver with excellent communication skills for working with individuals with disabilities or special needs Familiarity with classroom experience or childcare environments to support learning activities Patience, adaptability, and a genuine passion for nurturing young minds and supporting families
Pay:
$14.00 - $16.00 per hour
