CURRENT CHEST XRAY. MUST HAVE LEVEL 2 BACKGROUND CLEARANCE. MUST HAVE RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION. MUST BE ABLE TO PROVIDE PROOF OF CAR INSURANCE.
