Job Description

About the Role The Home Care Sales Representative is responsible for driving business growth by developing relationships with referral sources, generating new client leads, and promoting the company's home care services. This role combines strategic sales efforts, relationship management, and a compassionate understanding of the needs of clients and families seeking in-home assistance. We are the trusted resource for caregiving and long-term care insurance claims advocacy. We are committed to enriching lives by providing nurturing, compassionate, non-medical in-home care, Senior Living placement, and Long-Term Care Insurance claims management. We also offer expertise in helping families uncover various funding solutions to help pay for care expenses for their loved ones.
Key Responsibilities Business Development:
Identify and engage potential referral sources such as hospitals, physician offices, rehabilitation centers, skilled nursing facilities, and community organizations.
Lead Generation:
Develop and execute strategies to generate new home care clients through referral relationships, community outreach, and direct marketing activities.
Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with referral partners to ensure continued business and client satisfaction.
Client Education:
Meet with prospective clients and families to educate them about available home care services, assess care needs, and guide them through the intake process.
Marketing Collaboration:
Work closely with the marketing team to coordinate events, campaigns, and promotional materials that strengthen the organization's presence in the community.
Performance Tracking:
Maintain accurate records of leads, activities, and outcomes in CRM systems. Report sales performance metrics and provide insights for business strategy.
Community Involvement:
Represent the company at community events, health fairs, networking groups, and professional associations to enhance brand awareness Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field (preferred). 1 year of home care sales experience or at least 2 years of home health or hospice sales. Strong knowledge of local healthcare networks and referral sources. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Proven success in achieving or exceeding sales quota. Highly self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing multiple accounts and priorities. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Preferred Skills Ability to manage and achieve quota in a geographic territory. Working knowledge of HIPAA and healthcare compliance standards. Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
