Position Overview:
As a caregiver, you will assist our residents in the Assisted Living Program with their daily activities, enabling them to lead fulfilling lives while honoring their dignity. Reporting to the Director of Resident Care, you will be an essential part of our team, enhancing the well-being of our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assistance with
Daily Living:
Support residents with bathing, grooming, dressing, transferring, eating, toileting, and other daily activities. •
Emotional Support:
Provide emotional and social support to foster a warm, caring environment. •
Service Plan Adherence:
Ensure all specific care needs are met in accordance with residents' service plans. •
Training & Mentorship:
Assist in training new caregivers and serve as a resource for fellow staff. •
Care Coordination:
Review resident care schedules daily for accuracy and completion. •
Documentation:
Follow departmental documentation standards and communicate any resident concerns to supervisors. •
Safety & Compliance:
