Starting at $16/hour (based on experience and availability)

Flexible (Full-Time or Part-Time) About the Role Omni Care Solutions of Florida II is seeking compassionate and dependable Direct Care Providers to join our team as W-2 employees. In this role, you will support individuals with disabilities and special needs by assisting with daily living tasks and promoting community integration. This is a meaningful opportunity to make a positive impact while enjoying a flexible schedule. Key Responsibilities Assist clients with personal care, grooming, and hygiene Support clients in building and maintaining independent living skills Provide companionship and promote social participation Accompany clients to medical appointments or community outings Accurately document services provided and report client needs to supervisors Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Minimum of 6 months of experience in a caregiving or related role Must successfully pass a Level 2 background screening Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred Strong interpersonal skills, patience, and a commitment to respectful care Employment Type W-2 employee status Full-time or part-time hours available Flexible scheduling options Why Join Omni Care Solutions?
