This rewarding role involves providing comprehensive support to clients in their homes, ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being. As an In Home Caregiver, you will deliver vital assistance with daily activities, medication management, and emotional support, fostering independence and dignity for those you serve. Your energetic approach and attention to detail will help create a nurturing environment that promotes health and happiness. Responsibilities Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs and assist with feeding when necessary Use specialized equipment such as Hoyer lifts or wheelchairs to safely transfer clients with mobility challenges Maintain detailed documentation of patient care activities, observations, and progress in compliance with privacy standards Support clients with cognitive impairments such as dementia or Alzheimer's by implementing memory care techniques and engaging activities Perform light housekeeping tasks including cleaning, laundry, and maintaining a safe living environment Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and follow personalized care plans that meet each client's unique needs Provide emotional support and companionship to promote mental well-being and social engagement Experience Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and maintaining confidentiality in healthcare Certification in CPR and First Aid is highly desirable to ensure readiness for emergency situations Compassionate attitude combined with excellent communication skills to effectively support diverse client needs Join us in providing compassionate, energetic care that transforms lives!
