Role:
Join Hand in Hand Home Care Solutions LLC as a Male HHA Caregiver in Oviedo, FL, where you will make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients. We are seeking compassionate individuals who are dedicated to providing exceptional care and support in a nurturing environment.
Responsibilities:
Provide personal care services to clients, including bathing, grooming, and dressing. Assist clients with daily living activities and mobility support. Administer medication and monitor health conditions as directed. Maintain a safe and clean environment for clients. Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals. Document care provided and report any changes in client condition. Participate in training and development programs to enhance caregiving skills. Support clients in social and recreational activities to promote well-being.
Requirements:
Valid Home Health Aide certification or CNA License Previous experience in caregiving or healthcare preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Compassionate demeanor with a focus on client-centered care. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Reliable transportation to travel to client locations. Must have a Level 2 background screening Must have a Health statement dated within the last 6 months stating caregiver is \"Free of Communicable disease: Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
