10:00 AM•6:00 PM Position Overview Precision Care Services LLC is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and dedicated Direct Care Worker to provide support to a female consumer in her home and community. The ideal candidate will have a heart for serving others and be committed to promoting independence, dignity, and quality of life. Responsibilities Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) Provide companionship and emotional support Assist with light housekeeping Support community outings as needed Document daily activities and consumer progress Maintain a safe and respectful environment Qualifications High school diploma or GED preferred Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or special needs preferred Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Ability to pass a Level II background screening CPR/First Aid certification preferred (or willingness to obtain) Direct Care Core Competencies (DCCC) HIPAA Basics Zero Tolerance Dependable, patient, and professional Preferred Candidate Female caregiver preferred due to the personal care needs and privacy considerations of the female consumer.
