Role:

Join HomeWell Care Services as a Home Care Manager and play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients in 3 counties. Volusia, Flagler and St. Johns, FL. We are seeking a passionate leader who can inspire our care team and ensure exceptional service delivery in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of home care services to ensure compliance with regulations and quality standards. Recruit, train, and manage a team of caregivers to deliver compassionate and personalized care. Conduct assessments to develop tailored care plans that meet clients' needs. Monitor client progress and adjust care plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes. Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to coordinate care. Manage scheduling and staffing to ensure adequate coverage and support. Back up Caregiver when required to fill shifts. Maintain accurate documentation and reporting for all client interactions and care services. Implement training programs to enhance caregiver skills and promote best practices in home care.

Requirements:

Proven experience in home care management or a similar leadership role. Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and best practices in home care. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster relationships. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Compassionate demeanor with a genuine desire to help others. Proficient in using care management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges. Experience as a HHA or CNA background very helpful.

Availability:

Looking for open availability. This position is Mon-Friday with occasional weekend coverages.
