As a Caregiver, you will provide compassionate, attentive, and personalized care to support growth, development, and well-being. This role offers an exciting opportunity to foster a nurturing environment where every individual feels valued, safe, and empowered. Your energy, patience, and enthusiasm will help create positive experiences that promote childhood development and independence. Duties Assist consumer with daily routines including feeding, dressing, and hygiene to ensure comfort and safety. Provide specialized care for infants and toddlers, including diapering, feeding, and developmental monitoring. Implement behavior management strategies to promote positive behavior and emotional regulation. Collaborate with families, teachers, and healthcare professionals to develop tailored care plans that meet individual needs. Administer first aid when necessary and respond promptly to any emergencies or health concerns. Create a safe, engaging environment that fosters childhood development through age-appropriate activities and nurturing interactions. Qualifications Prior experience working with consumers Certifications in first aid and CPR are required or willing to obtain upon hire. Experience working with individuals with disabilities is a plus. Strong communication skills to effectively teach, guide, and support children's growth. Ability to manage behavior effectively while maintaining a caring approach. Passion for caregiving with a genuine desire to support physical, emotional, and developmental needs.
