• 19/hour BAYADA offers Home Health Aides (HHAs) and Certified Nursing Assistant (CNAs): Home Care Field Employees are eligible for any of BAYADA's group medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision benefits if you work an average of 32 hours per week over a 3-month measurement period .

Home Care Field Employees working less than 32 hours per week are eligible for the Minimum and Enhanced Minimum Coverage Plans. • Home Health Aide/CNA:

  Minimum one year work experience Current Home Health Aide Certificate (at least 40 hours) OR CNA License OR one-year of hands on experience working as a caregiver Current CPR Certification
