Minimum Qualifications:

2+ years of professional caregiving experience with seniors. Up to date CEUs (HIV/ Aids, BLS, etc.) TB and health check. Able to work independently. View our vulnerable population with empathy, dignity and respect. Pass level II background check. Valid driver's license and ability to transport clients with clean driving record.

Responsibilities:

Proven experience in home & community care or assisted living environments with a focus on senior or long-term care. Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation. Knowledge of dementia, Alzheimer's disease, memory care, hospice care, and working with individuals with developmental disabilities or autism. Assist with transportation to appointments and other activities. Strong ability to observe patient conditions closely and communicate effectively with healthcare teams. Familiarity with medication administration, vital signs monitoring, and care plan implementation. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely using equipment like Hoyer lifts when necessary. Excellent organizational skills for maintaining accurate documentation in compliance with HIPAA standards. Adhere to all safety and health protocols, including CEU certification guidelines.
