Full Job Description Job Title:
In-Home Caregiver Duties:
  • Provide compassionate and personalized care to individuals in their own homes
  • Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
  • Administer medications according to prescribed schedules
  • Monitor and record vital signs as directed by healthcare professionals
  • Assist with light housekeeping tasks, including meal preparation and laundry
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
  • Accompany clients to appointments and outings as needed
  • Implement and follow care plans developed by healthcare professionals
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment for clients
Requirements:
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and ability to maintain client confidentiality
  • Experience in social work, caregiving, or childcare preferred
  • Familiarity with medication administration procedures
