Personal Support Worker

Tech-Savvy Caregiver (Southwest Florida Region) We are seeking a compassionate, reliable, and tech-savvy caregiver to provide high-quality, personalized care in the Southwest Florida region. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others while confidently using technology to support communication, scheduling, and care tracking.

Responsibilities:

Assist with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming) Provide companionship and emotional support Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping Help with medication reminders and basic health tracking Use apps/devices for scheduling, communication, and care updates Support mobility and maintain a safe, organized environment Accompany to appointments or errands as needed

Qualifications:

Previous caregiving experience preferred Comfortable using smartphones, apps, and basic technology Compassionate, dependable, and trustworthy Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to follow care plans and adapt to individual client needs Valid driver's license (preferred) Must pass a background check

Compensation:

Pay is based on client needs, level of care required, and experience
