Job Description
Direct Care Staff 3552 North Ponce De Leon Boulevard, Saint Augustine, FL 32084 $14 an hour
- Part-time, Full-time $14 an hour

Senior Living Facility:
8 & 12 hour shifts available. We are a small senior living community looking for 1 o 2 more caring & compassionate staff members.Duties:
- Provide direct care & assistance to residents in a senior care facility, assisting with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, toileting, eating, transfers, etc).
- Monitor & document residents' vital signs, symptoms, & behavior.
- Help administer medications & treatments as directed by healthcare professionals (Med Techs)
- Ensure the safety & well-being of residents by following established protocols and respecting resident rights & dignity.
- Provide emotional support & companionship to residents & help them participate in the fun activities led by Activities staff.
Skills & Experiences:
- Experience in caregiving or working in a nursing home or residential care setting is preferred
- but we will train positive, caring & energetic team players.
- Knowledge of systems & procedures related to resident care, familiarity with resident rights & regulations for long-term care facilities is a plus.
- Ability to provide compassionate care to individuals with diverse needs & backgrounds.
- Knowledge of dementia care practices & behavior management strategies is preferred
