We are seeking experienced Home Health Aides for consistent, relationship-based care with the same clients and reliable schedules close to home. This is not fill-in or last-minute shift work. We prioritize stable hours, dependable caregivers, and continuity of care . About the role We provide in-home personal care to seniors who want to remain independent. Caregivers are thoughtfully matched with clients to ensure consistent assignments and predictable schedules . You'll work with the same clients on an ongoing basis, not rotating cases.
