Personal Care Aide/ Direct Support Staff

Position Overview H3art 2 Hearts Care Services is seeking a dependable, compassionate caregiver to assist a client in the home setting with companionship and daily living support. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working one-on-one with clients and understands the importance of patience, consistency, and professionalism. Responsibilities Provide companionship and supervision Assist with light daily living support Meal preparation and light housekeeping Medication reminders Assist with mobility and safety monitoring Support client routines and engagement Maintain professionalism and proper documentation Communicate effectively with office staff and family when needed Qualifications Caregiving, CNA, Home Health Aide, or related experience preferred Reliable transportation required Must be dependable and punctual Ability to work independently Compassionate and patient demeanor CPR certification preferred Level 2 background screening preferred or willingness to obtain Part-Time | Approximately 16

Hours Weekly Schedule Midday Shifts:

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Saturday1:30 PM•4:30

PM Evening Shifts:

Wednesday:

4:30 PM•6:30

PMFriday:

7:00 PM•9:00

$17.00•$18.75 per hour
