17 per week (flexible) Job Description Community-Based Support Professional / Companion Caregiver for Infinite Heart Support Care Services is seeking a dependable, professional, and engaging caregiver to provide community-based support for Brian Peters. The ideal candidate will be energetic, patient, proactive, and willing to actively participate in activities alongside the client.
Schedule Monday & Wednesday:
2:30 PM to 7:30
Friday:
2:30 PM to 7:30 Community/Fun Day Responsibilities Provide companion and community-based support Accompany the client to activities such as the YMCA, movies, Busch Gardens, and community outings Assist with grocery shopping, meal prep, and light cleanup Support client with learning and using a computer Encourage independence while providing guidance and redirection Help create fun, engaging community experiences Expectations Arrive on time and communicate professionally Be dependable, engaged, and proactive Maintain appropriate boundaries and redirect behaviors respectfully when needed Participate with the client rather than supervising from a distance Requirements Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Professional demeanor and strong communication skills Ability to work well in community settings At least 1 year experience working with individuals with disabilities or as a caregiver required
