The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in lawn care and landscape maintenance, demonstrating mechanical knowledge and proficiency with various tools and equipment. This role involves providing high-quality lawn care services, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining the aesthetic appeal of outdoor spaces. Responsibilities Perform lawn care tasks including mowing, trimming, and edging to maintain healthy and attractive lawns. Execute landscape maintenance duties such as planting, weeding, and mulching to enhance garden aesthetics. Operate hand tools, power tools, and equipment including excavators for various landscaping projects. Conduct tree care activities including tree trimming and removal as needed. Install and maintain irrigation systems to ensure proper water distribution for plants and lawns. Assist with hardscape projects such as patios, walkways, and retaining walls. Provide snow plowing services during winter months to keep properties accessible. Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols. Experience Proven experience in lawn care, landscaping, or horticulture is preferred. Familiarity with mechanical maintenance of landscaping equipment is essential. Knowledge of gardening techniques and tree care practices is a plus. Experience in construction or hardscape installation is beneficial.
