Duties Provide attentive care to clients of various ages, including infants, toddlers, the elderly, and the vulnerable; ensuring their safety and comfort at all times Assist with daily routines such as meal prepping, dressing, and medication reminders, and light cleaning while maintaining a clean and organized environment Engage clients in age-appropriate activities that promote development and indepenent living management Support clientd with disabilities or special needs by implementing tailored care plans and fostering inclusive interactions Implement safety protocols including first aid procedures when necessary and monitor health indicators to ensure well-being Collaborate with management or other caregivers to share updates on progress and address individual needs effectively Maintain detailed records of daily activities, developmental milestones, and any incidents or concerns Experience Prior experience working with clients in settings such as homes, assisted living facilities, group homes, or hospitals positions is highly valued Familiarity with behavior management techniques to support positive social interactions and emotional regulation Experience caring for the elderly and children, including elderly care strategies Certification or training in first aid and CPR is preferred to ensure readiness for emergency situations Hands-on experience working with individuals with disabilities or special needs enhances your ability to provide inclusive care Embark on a rewarding career where your compassion fuels growth!
