Direct Service Provider Needed for Group Home

Hiring one caregiver for two group homes working with developmentally and physically disabled adults. Hiring for our second shift which is from 3pm-11pm. This position is Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Sunday. Starting pay is $15.00 per hour. Set schedule. Residents are total care, so lifting is required.

We have three requirements:

​ 1. Ability to pass a level 2 background check. 2. 1 year of verifiable work experience in caregiving, medical, or related field. 3. Responsibilities Provide compassionate personal care and support to residents in a group home setting. Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as re-positioning, changing, and meal preparation. Ensure a safe and clean environment by performing light housekeeping tasks. Monitor residents' health and report any changes to the appropriate staff. Uphold residents' rights and dignity while fostering a supportive community atmosphere.
